To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
2.1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

SYNET reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1. Subscription Plans: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select.
3.2. Payment: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Airwallex, Paypal, Stripe) to handle payments. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that payment method.
3.3. Auto-Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page or by contacting support@synet.world prior to the renewal date.
3.4. Changes to Fees: SYNET reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees.
3.5. Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
3.6. Quotas and Limits: Certain plans include specific quotas (e.g., number of AI articles generated, number of monitored domains). Unused quotas do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your plan description. Overage fees may apply if you exceed your plan limits.

4.2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
4.3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SYNET, a SYNET employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
4.4. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm SYNET or users of the Service.
4.5. To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
